I have been using Bolle Parole Sunglasses since 2001 for playing tennis.
My eye problem basically is astigmatism.
I love my Bolle 2011/12 Parole Sunglasses because with the RX adapter in place I can see the ball neatly.
Pro:
The adapter fits super properly, it never detaches during tennis practice and it is comfortable, practically you will not notice its presence.
I do always play with a bandana so that sweat from forehead doesn't drop over the lenses. Frequently (once or twice a week) I clean my lenses with anti fog cleaning solution (Aqua Sphere Anti-Fog Solution).
