TNS: Neutral density gray lens provides true color definition. Ideal for all-purpose use. Permits 12 percent of visible light transmission.

Visible Light Transmission: Percentage of light that passes through the lens, depending upon the tint and density of each lens. Darker lenses have a lowerlight transmission percentage as less light is allowed to pass through the lenses, and lighter lenses have a higher transmission percentage as more light passes through.
Anti-Reflective Coating: Glare comes from two directions. This scientifically engineered coating on the backside of the lens eliminate backside glare to reduce eye strain.
Polarization: This optically precise filter embedded in the lens eliminate most glare and reflected light.

This review is from: Bolle Dorado Sunglasses (Eyewear) These glasses are good for every activity, I do a lot of cycling and they provide me with the right kind of sun block without obstructing my vision and without moving out of place, but also they're wrap arounds without looking like one of the Oakley "creapers" where you just know they're staring at your girlfriends chest but you can see their eyes even move. Only downside to the Bolle and this isn't really the case for me but they are big. I have a huge melon and they fit me perfectly my girlfriend thinks they are too wide for her face. On the upside, when I did try them on the green lenses looked great! Everything was clear and sun shine was shaded from my eyes. The frames themselves were a bit thin and felt flimsy, but i guess thats how they get to be so light. |
