The sunglasses were mailed in a timely manner however they were NOT the sunglasses I chose. They sent an entirely different color. It was a birthday gift for my husband and fortunately I had time to return them. Unfortunately, you cannot "exchange" them. You have to get a refund and re-purchase. I did not re-purchase. I was afraid they would mess it up again and I would not have a gift. I did NOT like the color they sent. Timely with mailing them but WRONG sunglasses were sent to me. I would not try them again.
