These are the best sunglasses! I am actually shopping for a new pair because I unfortunately lost mine, but I had them and wore them almost daily for over 8 years so I feel I got my money's worth. However, I have to take issue with this site listing them at "$300" and then claiming you'll save $160 with their phony discount. The MSRP is $159. C'mon Amazon, get real.

This is my second pair of Maui Jim sunglasses. My first pair was the Cyclone, which has glass lenses versus these which are plastic. I have to start out by being honest here and give my first impression, which was that the glass MJ lenses in my Cyclone are optically superior to the polycarbonate lenses in the Sandy Beach. That being said, the Sandy Beach is MUCH LIGHTER than the Cyclone (which is already one of the lightest glass-equipped MJ models), and the polarization still very much lives up to MJ's reputation for amazing colors and clarity.

I have a very small, roundish narrow face (for a guy) and have always had trouble finding a pair of sunglasses that fits me. Even the smallest aviators make me look like a kid trying on daddy's sunglasses. The Sandy Beach, however, is great.
