The Maui Jim Sandy Beaches are far better than any pair of sunglasses I have ever owned (including RayBans). These sunglasses are not only great for daily wear but also for sports activites, I usually wear these when I go on runs and they work great, the rubber nose grips and ear grips easily keep the glasses from coming lose on your face. I ordered my pair of the Sandy Beaches with the HCL Bronze lenses because this color is fine for a wide range of sunlight intesities and bathes the world in a warm brown glow. The Polarized-Plus technology in the glasses is unparalleled by any other companies' glasses, it makes every color crisper and more vivid while preventing annoying glare. The one warning a potential buyer of the Sandy Beaches should keep in mind is that these glasses are meant for smaller faces and may be uncomfortable for people with large heads.

I always have a hard time finding sunglasses to fit, because I'm petite and have a small face. These are perfect. They are lightweight, comfortable, and have great lenses. Living is sunny south Florida, sunglasses are a year round necessity, and these are definitely worth the money. Love the bronze lenses. i use them for driving, tennis, walking around, and they cut the glare and keep me from squinting. I've had one pair for well over 4 years, and they are still great.

These are my latest glasses. My earlier shades were Natives, Oakley and Prada, all polarized. I like Oakleys very much, but wanted to test out Maui Jim's and have to say these are as good if not better than Oakley. Both offer similar level of glare protection. With polarized Oakleys, they need to be cleaned only with the micro-fiber cloth other wise there are scratches on the glass and replacing that would cost you a few more bucks. Also Oakley's are susceptible for fogging quite easily. No such issues with the Maui Jim's and I feel these will be with me for a long time.
