I got one of these for free at work and absolutely loved it -- except it had been embossed with a corporate logo I didn't like. So I ordered another here that is identical but without the logo.
Why do I like it so much? First, for a shoulder bag, it is not too large. It holds my 14" laptop well and has another pocket for books and the like -- but it's not so large that I weigh it down and hurt my shoulder or back. Basically it is the perfect size for taking a computer and a few small books or notebooks.
It also has many pockets -- in particular, it has pockets that perfectly fit my pocket-sized Moleskine notepad, about a half-dozen pens and pencils, a business card holder, a pack of gum, an iPod, a quick-retrieve pocket in the back, and a pocket for a wallet or airline tickets.
