Glasses arrived quickly, and included the case, cloth, instructions, and authenticity card. I initially confused some adhesive on the glasses with a scratch and contacted Star eyewear. They responded within a little over an hour. I went back to look at the glasses again and I was able to remove the adhesive(maybe from a sticker or something?). I contacted them again to explain the situation and I now await a reply.
It's good to know Star eyewear responded quickly and I would recommend buying from them.
